After graduating with a degree in Operations & Information Management, Laurie entered a competitive, 3-year rotational program across business operations and finance at Dell Technologies. Her start at Dell brought her to Romania, Malaysia, Germany and beyond working on process optimization & project management. Laurie attributes her strong background in creative problem-solving & continuous appetite for learning to 10 years as a student at RSM. Laurie currently drives strategic initiatives for a 500 person Global Accounts sales team that brings in 10% of Dell Technologies' annual revenue. She is responsible for learning & enablement, operational excellence & program management.
Laurie enjoys spending her free time fundraising for Camp Boston Sderot, travelling & being with friends and family in Boston, MA.
