We are so excited to share with you our Team RSM's incredible performance at this year's BmMT!
Founded at the University of California, Berkeley in the early 2010’s, Berkeley mini-Math Tournament (BmMT) gathers middle school students in grades 8 or below to celebrate mathematics and the spirit of mathematical competition. BmMT 2023 was held in-person at UC Berkeley, with various satellite tournaments consisting of 4 main rounds — Puzzle, Individual, Team, and Relay.
Out of 140 teams, RSM places 4th in the Relay Round, 5th in the Team Round, and 6th place overall. We are incredibly proud of our students' success this year and send our warmest congratulations to the team, coaches, teachers, parents, and everyone who contributed to this great achievement!
About our RSM Team
RSM was represented in the Berkley mini-math Tournament (BmMT) by 15 students from RSM's elite competitions program and coached by our competition faculty. 8 RSM students received Individual Round Distinguished Honorable Mentions (Top 20%) and 6 RSM students received Individual Round Honorable Mentions (Top 50%) at BmMT in April 2023. Congratulations to all of our RSM team members!
